PART-TIME BANQUET SERVERS

PAY:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to provide own transportation to various job sites

  • Will be asked to work various evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

  • Able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages

  • Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

  • Positive Attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment is preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting Up the Event Space: Prepare tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and organize buffet or food stations.​

  • Serving Food and Beverages: Serve plated meals, buffet items, and drinks promptly and professionally.

  • Ensuring Quality Service: Maintain high service standards and meet guest needs throughout the event.

  • Clearing and Cleaning: Clear plates, glasses, and utensils; clean and reset tables as needed.

  • Assisting with Event Breakdown: Clean up after the event and assist with breakdown.

  • Working as a Team: Communicate and collaborate with staff and planners to ensure smooth service.

  • Handling Special Requests: Accommodate dietary needs or special requests as directed.

  • Following Health and Safety Standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service policies.​
