REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years or older
-
Must be able to provide own transportation to various job sites

Will be asked to work various evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages

Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Positive Attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment is preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting Up the Event Space: Prepare tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and organize buffet or food stations.

Serving Food and Beverages: Serve plated meals, buffet items, and drinks promptly and professionally.

Ensuring Quality Service: Maintain high service standards and meet guest needs throughout the event.

Clearing and Cleaning: Clear plates, glasses, and utensils; clean and reset tables as needed.

Assisting with Event Breakdown: Clean up after the event and assist with breakdown.

Working as a Team: Communicate and collaborate with staff and planners to ensure smooth service.

Handling Special Requests: Accommodate dietary needs or special requests as directed.

Following Health and Safety Standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service policies.
